The Velik 2.0 can replace your old narrow slip ons, because these have all the style but with a natural foot shape! These sneakers are made of 100% hemp canvas with a natural rubber outsole. Healthy and sustainable, these are shoes that love you (and the Earth) back. 

The Velik slip on is less adjustable than the Orik and Herlik. If you have narrow heels you might find the opening feels wide. See the Fit Hacks linked below for tips.

Fit Type:
  • Medium to high volume fit - You can use these Fit Hacks if you have low volume feet.
  • Average wide foot width (extra wide width currently unavailable in this model)

Sizing:
  • True to size - order your normal size..
  • Measurements in the size chart are the inner length and width of the shoe in centimeters (8,9 = 8.9 cm). Add about 0.5 - 1.2 cm to your total foot length to get an optimal fit. Feel free to email us with questions about sizing.

  • Sole: 4mm Natural Rubber Outsole (total stack height with insole 8mm)
Barefoot shoe qualities
  • Zero Drop: No heel elevation.
  • No Toe Spring: These barefoot shoes are completely flat.
  • Wide foot-shaped toe box: Say goodbye to squishing your toes into trendy shoes!
  • Thin & flexible sole: Allows for natural foot movement. This style has a high walled outsole that gives the illusion of a thick sole, but the shoe is only 3.5mm thick without the insole.
Best For: Everyday casual wear. Not recommended for sports or strenuous outdoor activities.

Comfortable and nice looking

Buying my second pair after a year of wear.

I bought the black pair regular and my actual shoe size. I wear these shoes daily. I adore them. I am about to buy a second pair. I wore these on a trip to New York City and for longer sessions, these are not a good idea. I also have a hole due to frequent wear on the right shoe where my big toe is. Ironically, I had this problem with Vans too. That’s how similar they are. But I absolutely love them anyway and I am buying a second pair to keep them as the nice ones.

Sizing

These shoes are very comfortable, however after some wear they are not true to size. I recommend sizing up, I’m a 37 in most shoes but this style my toe constantly hits the toe box while walking which makes them uncomfortable. I thought they may give a little so I kept them but they have given at all, I followed along with the other reviews, so I can’t return them. I love the style but disappointed in the sizing.

Best slide-on sneakers

To start, best customer service and a wonderful experience. They didn't have my size initially, but I did later receive an email notification that my size was available. So the email system on the backend is functioning smoothly. These slide-on sneakers are the best, look similar to Converse, but very close to Vans aesthetics. The issue I always have with Converse or Vans would be the toe box width being narrow. These sneakers allow my toes to spread comfortably while looking cool! Whenever my size is available again, I’ll buy another pair.

Hope they'll get a white pair of these slide-ons soon 😉
