Shipping and Return Policies

RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUESTS

  • You will be asked to enter your order number and either your email address or phone number to find the correct order.
  • Select a quantity next to the item(s) you want to return.
  • Select a return reason. Add any notes you think we should know about.
  • Select a resolution method (e.g. Refund back to original payment method)
  • Click the "Request Return" button at the bottom.

Our team will review the request and respond with instructions and any needed return shipping label(s).

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  • Submit a new Return/Exchange Request
    • Follow the steps above to submit a new Return/Exchange Request.
    • Under the resolution method, choose "Make an Exchange."
    • Select the exchange item you want to exchange for. The drop down list will default to alternate sizes/colors of the same product model.
    • Add any other notes about your exchange request.
    • Click the "Request Return" button at the bottom.
    • We will email you return instructions and a return shipping label.
    • We will create the exchange order for you with free shipping applied and we will email you an invoice payable online.

    • You have 48 hours to pay the invoice for the new exchange product while the product is reserved for you. If the invoice is still unpaid after 48 hours, the exchange order will automatically be cancelled.

    • Once the exchange order is paid for, it will ship within 1-2 business days with standard ground shipping.

    • Return your original item within 14 days of its original delivery to you in order to be eligible for a full refund.

    EXCHANGE POLICIES

    Customers who want to exchange for a different size/color or for an entirely different product are eligible for free return shipping on the original order and free outbound shipping on the new exchange order, subject to the following terms & conditions:

    • Only 1 free shipping exchange per order
      • (i.e., this includes 1 free return shipment on the original order and 1 free outbound shipment on the new exchange order)

      • Exchange orders must be created by a member of our support team with free shipping applied to the order. Customers who do not follow our standard exchange procedures are not eligible for free exchange shipping.
        • You will not get your shipping fees refunded if you place your own new order and then notify us that it was intended as an exchange.

        • Inventory for a new exchange order is reserved for 48 hours while the invoice is pending.

        • Exchange order invoices must be paid within 48 hours. If the exchange order invoice is still unpaid after 48 hours, the order will automatically be cancelled and the product will no longer be reserved.
          • We will not be held responsible if an unpaid exchange order is cancelled and the product you wanted is subsequently purchased by someone else and is no longer available.

          • To be eligible for free outbound shipping on the exchange item, it must be of equal or lesser value than the original item you ordered.
            • For example, you cannot return a pair of socks for free return shipping in order to get free outbound shipping on the largest pair of boots we sell.

            REFUND POLICIES

            To be eligible for a full refund, returning items must be:

            • Dropped off with the shipping carrier within 14 days of the date they were originally delivered to the customer.
            • Be in new condition
            • Include all original packaging and original tags still attached
            • Be free from any dirt, stains, wear & tear, or hair
            • Be packaged with care

              *Items returned that do not meet the above criteria may be assessed a restocking fee or rejected altogether.

              **Socks will only be accepted for return if they are unopened. Socks that have been worn will not be accepted.

              ACCEPTABLE TRY-ON / USE POLICY

              Shoes may be tried on and some minimal walking around a customer’s home is appropriate and expected. However, to be eligible for a full refund on the purchase, the shoes must be free from dirt, smells, and signs of outdoor use or other wear and tear.

              We prioritize low waste and we resell returned products. We ask customers to imagine the next person who will be purchasing these products. They would want them to be in mint condition and displayed with care, just as they were when they arrived to you.

              RETURN SHIPPING FEES

              US-based Returns Details:

              • We will provide a return shipping label for you once the return request is approved.
              • US-based orders over $75 in order value will be assessed a flat rate return fee of $7.*
              • US-based orders under $75 in order value will be assessed a flat rate return fee of $3.*
              *Customers who submit an exchange request are eligible for free return shipping on their original order, subject to the terms and conditions outlined under "Exchange Policies."

              International Returns: 

                • Return shipping is organized and paid for by the customer to the address provided after submitting a return request.

                REFUND PROCESSING

                Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and verify that the items are still in new condition. You will then be notified of the status of your refund by email. Please note, this process may take up to several business days after the return shipping tracking shows “delivered.”

                When we initiate a refund back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, Shop Pay, or PayPal account), the time it takes to see the refunded amount appear back in your account depends on your payment provider's policies.

                SHIPPING POLICIES

                US-based Orders:

                • Subsidized flat-rate shipping based on order size, weight, and destination address. Rates are displayed at the checkout page.
                • Prioritized Shipping/Fulfillment - Priority shipping options will be displayed at the checkout page. Customers who pay for priority shipping will also have their orders shipped ahead of others in the shipping queue.

                International Orders:

                • Shipping cost is based on weight and destination and will be displayed after the shipping address is entered.

                *Applicable duties and taxes are collected upfront and tendered to the proper tax authorities for the destination country. Packages are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so there is no secondary bill sent to the customer upon delivery.

                SHIPPING TIMES

                • Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders arriving over weekend days will begin to be fulfilled starting the following Monday. Same day order fulfillment is not guaranteed and is not at all possible for orders arriving after 11:00 US Central Standard Time.

                • Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

                CHANGES TO THESE POLICIES

                We may update these shipping and return policies in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
