Shipping and Return Policies
RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUESTS
- Follow the steps outlined in the Returns Portal to submit your Return/Exchange Request.
Our team will review the request and respond with instructions and any needed return shipping label(s).
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE - Shipping Discount Code For New Order
- Once your Exchange Request is reviewed and approved, we will email you any needed return shipping label(s) as well as a unique one-time-use code for a shipping discount on a new order.
- It is the customer's responsibility to place the new order for the new product they desire.
- Shipping codes are only valid for Standard Shipping. They will be programmed for a comparable shipping value compared to your original order so that if your new order contained only the same model(s) from your original order, the Standard Shipping would be free. For example:
- "Up to $10 off Standard Shipping"
- Returning one pair of shoes does not mean you get completely free shipping on a much larger new order of 15 pairs of shoes.
- Return your original item within 14 days of its original delivery to you in order to be eligible for a full refund on your original order
- Return shipping will not be charged when it is paired with a valid approved exchange.
EXCHANGE POLICIES
Customers based in the United States are eligible for free return shipping on the original order and free outbound shipping on the new exchange order, subject to the following terms & conditions:
- Only 1 free shipping exchange per order
- (i.e., this includes 1 free return shipment on the original order and 1 free outbound shipment on the new exchange order)
- Any exchange orders that used a free exchange shipping code are not eligible for another exchange with free shipping.
- If the customer decides to return the exchange product for a refund, the order will be assessed the standard flat rate return fee outlined under "Return Shipping Fees."
- We recommend keeping the exchange product(s) in a separate order rather than combining them with additional new products that were not part of the exchange.
- International customers are not eligible for free exchange shipping and must instead return their original order at their expense and place a new order.
REFUND POLICIES
To be eligible for a full refund, returning items must be:
- Dropped off with the shipping carrier within 14 days of the date they were originally delivered to the customer.
- Be in new condition
- Include all original packaging and original tags still attached
- Be free from any dirt, stains, wear & tear, or hair
- Be packaged with care
*Items returned that do not meet the above criteria may be assessed a restocking fee or rejected altogether.
**Socks will only be accepted for return if they are unopened. Socks that have been worn will not be accepted.
ACCEPTABLE TRY-ON / USE POLICY
Shoes may be tried on and some minimal walking around a customer’s home is appropriate and expected. However, to be eligible for a full refund on the purchase, the shoes must be free from dirt, smells, and signs of outdoor use or other wear and tear.
We prioritize low waste and we resell returned products. We ask customers to imagine the next person who will be purchasing these products. They would want them to be in mint condition and displayed with care, just as they were when they arrived to you.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
US-based Returns Details:
Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount.
- US-based orders over $75 in order value will be assessed a flat rate return fee of $7.*
- US-based orders under $75 in order value will be assessed a flat rate return fee of $3.*
International Returns:
- Return shipping is organized and paid for by the customer to the address provided after submitting a return request.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and verify that the items are still in new condition. You will then be notified of the status of your refund by email. Please note, this process may take up to several business days after the return shipping tracking shows “delivered.”
When we initiate a refund back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, Shop Pay, or PayPal account), the time it takes to see the refunded amount appear back in your account depends on your payment provider's policies.
SHIPPING POLICIES
US-based Orders:
- Subsidized flat-rate shipping based on order size, weight, and destination address. Rates are displayed at the checkout page.
- Prioritized Shipping/Fulfillment - Priority shipping options will be displayed at the checkout page. Customers who pay for priority shipping will also have their orders shipped ahead of others in the shipping queue.
International Orders:
- Shipping cost is based on weight and destination and will be displayed after the shipping address is entered.
*Applicable duties and taxes are collected upfront and tendered to the proper tax authorities for the destination country. Packages are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so there is no secondary bill sent to the customer upon delivery.
SHIPPING TIMES
- Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders arriving over weekend days will begin to be fulfilled starting the following Monday. Same day order fulfillment is not guaranteed and is not at all possible for orders arriving after 11:00 US Central Standard Time.
- Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
CHANGES TO THESE POLICIES
We may update these shipping and return policies in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
