Mukishoes recommends 5 - 15 mm extra space in front of the longest toes for ideal barefoot feeling. Match your insole size to the same size you purchase in Mukishoes Boots or Shoes.

This insole is composed of 80% wool and 20% hemp/ramie/flax fibers.
