The Shapen Poppy is a truly dressy barefoot flat. Toe box detailing helps to disguise the width and an open design elongates the legs. They are some of the most fashionable women's barefoot shoes in existence.

These Poppy flats come in 2 widths: regular and wide. Please note that the Poppy runs long and many people size down. Reference the size chart below to find your correct size.

Fit Type:
  • Foot Shape: Roman/Square. Works for all foot shapes provided it is wide enough (see Anya's post on foot types).
  • Foot Volume: Medium - high. (see Anya's post on foot types).
  • Width: The regular width Poppys are medium/average width and are narrower than the Ivy boots. The wide width Poppys are as wide as the Ivy boots. They may not fit all extra wide feet.
  • See Understanding Your Foot Type for more details.
Shapen Poppy Flats Sizing:
  • Length can be longer than comparable sizes in other brands. Please confirm your size with the size chart.
  • Shapen recommends 3 - 5 mm extra space in front of the longest toes for ideal barefoot feeling.

Materials:
  • Upper: Smooth leather.
  • Interior Lining: Leather taped with soft 2mm foam.
  • Sole: Flexible, durable, rubber with anti-slip pattern, only 3 mm thin
Season: Spring, Summer, Fall. Not recommended for driving or other strenuous activity as this can damage the leather.

So when I bought my 1st pair of the Shapen Poppy Flats in Rose I was so happy. I got a 37 wide according to the size chart. I later got the brown and cognac when they were back in stock. I also got their sister style which i had to return due to them being too large. I had gotten them also in 37 wide. The Petal Flats are beautiful but I need to size down to 36 wide. Width is great if you are a wide feet girlie like myself but it runs long. Will either have to wait for restocking or order off Shapen. Not sure yet because I have been waiting since last year for restock on these lovelies. Now they came and size didn't fit😭. See if I could get an exchange size but they were out of 36 when I was making the returns. By the way Anya's Shop had the gold and silver anklets that were interchangeable for these styles, not sure why they don't carry then anymore but I would love to purchase if they ever come back. Anyway, back to the star of this review-the Shapen Poppy Flats ✨️. They are wonderful. You will get plenty of compliments. I sure do. They are stylish and comfortable for how feet is to be in shoes. I am loving every step of the way the barefoot community is heading 🙌. Come on girlie come get your cute pair/s today😃. Your feet won't be in aches or pain like conventional shoes.

I love them... but

I love them, but unfortunately, after the first hour of wearing them, one inch of the front part of the sole came off. Maybe manufacturing defect... I don't know.

These flats are just so perfect! I followed the size chart and my foot is 24.5 cm and 9.5 cm wide so I ordered a 38 wide and they fit perfect.
Highly recommend!

It runs really long. Ill try a smaller size once they get restocked. Otherwise the look well made.

These really do run long! Use the size chart! For context, my feet are 24cm in length and I wear a 39 in tennis shoes, 38 in sandal. The 38s for these flats were too big. I returned for a size 37 and those fit perfect. I have average volume feet and these are a good fit. Customer service for return was great and shipping, even during the holidays, was great. About a week turn around time. Will be buying from Anya’s shop again!
