P. R. Gear Bridge Soles Insoles were created to help with the transition from traditional, modern shoes to barefoot shoes. Three padded areas are included in this 3/4th length insole to reduce pressure on your forefoot, calves, plantar fasciosis, and achilles. Heel padding is designed to wear down gradually with time bringing the insole and your foot to a natural, zero drop. Helping reduce strain as you go from a raised heel to barefoot shoes smoothly while your muscles strengthen and learn new patterns.
