Groundies Kos is clean, practical, and on point for your summer style. More than just cute, these lightweight sandals have a thermo-rubber sole to keep your feet safe from the hot ground. 

Fit Type:
  • Low to Medium volume feet. Straps may be stretched or may stretch with wear to accommodate a higher volume foot, but cannot be returned once stretched.
  • Slope or Mountain foot shape work best; may work for Plateau. Not best for square feet.
  • Medium to Wide toe box. On Narrow feet the Groundies Kos may feel slightly loose.

Sizing:
  • True to size - most can order their normal barefoot shoe size.
  • Measurements in the size chart below include the inner length and width of the shoe in centimeters. Add about 0.5 - 1.2 cm to your total foot length to get an optimal fit. See How To Measure Your Feet for more details.

Wanted to love them

They look really cute, but my foot flops around in them. Even after tightening the strap near the ankle, they still don’t fit well. It’s disappointing because they’d be perfect for everyday wear and could even work for dressier outfits. I just wish the strap near the toes were adjustable.

I wanted to love these…

The leather on the top strap is placed too high up. It digs into your skin at the ankle.
You can tell these are very high quality though. I so wished they fit my foot better.

Anya’s shop was great! Very quick delivery and thankfully easy return. Will buy a different pair from her shop.

Great Quality, Straps Placement is Bad

I REALLY wanted to love this sandal. It is so cute and I love the minimalist look of it. I will say it is definitely high quality all around. The leather is firm, the buckles are solid: definitely well made. Also, the amount of holes for adjusting is great! I was able to get them just where I needed them. Beyond that though, everything else is off for me. For my particular foot, the strap on top of your foot close to your ankle was way too close to my ankle. Every time I walked, it cut into my ankle and was starting a blister after 10 minutes. I think that strap should be moved up the foot a good 1/2 or 1” to prevent that problem. The heel strap was also cutting into the side of my foot and leaving red marks. The whole shoe was uncomfortable to wear and I knew in summer heat sweaty feet would really cause a problem. So I returned these.
