About Us
I got these during Black Friday sales. They seemed narrow for my wider foot. I stuffed a sock in that shoe to stretch it a bit and it worked. I have wider feet 9.7 cm. My bigger foot is 23.5 and it got the 38. They have been very comfortable. I’ve been walking 4-7 miles in them at a stretch. My feet have been dry. The grip has been good in the snow and ice. I haven’t felt the need to put on other grippers like did with my previous boots. My feet have stayed warm without the need for extra socks and temperature has been around 0 to -10 C. I would note that I have been moving at all times wearing them. I cannot speak to just sitting or standing still.
+1 to Skye's comment.. I am not sure if 2 sizes bigger would be enough. Sadly I can't find a good hiking shoe more minimalist than Lems.
These shoes seem nice, and like a great middle ground between Altras and very thin soled hiking shoes, which is exactly what I was looking for. Sadly, the toes are extremely tapered and didn't work for me. (And my toes are pretty sloped, so this is not usually an issue.) I would have had to go up two sizes from my usual in order to get enough width.
