Definitely a more structured, sturdy shoe. Has that bubble at the top

If you’ve ever tried on Nike Dunks, or similar shoes, you’ll notice that when you bend your foot, it almost feels like there’s a bubble at the top, if you know what I mean. In other words, the top toe area of the shoe is very sturdy (that’s the pro), but it’s also hard, as in I can knock on it and it almost sounds like a rock. So the top of the shoe is too stiff. Im also a person that likes a very flexible shoe though, so if you’re like me, i wouldn’t spend $150 to buy. I mean, maybe i would (it still is a good shoe, good quality, wide, etc) but probably not.

Koel Ila cute and comfortable

I am a size 8 (38) with Born and NAOT shoes.

I used the "wall method" to measure my feet at the end of the day at 5pm.

The Koel ILa Size chart indicated to ADD 7-12mm to the total foot length for optimal fit.

Left foot 23.5cm + 12mm= 24.7
Right foot 24cm + 12mm= 25.2

The Koel ILa Size Chart indicated I would need a size 39 at 25.6cm length

The size is perfect! The shoe is so comfortable barefoot right out of the box!! These are very cute shoes!

Looks amazing & extremely comfortable!

After reading the reviews to size up - I did just that. Ordered a size 40 instead of my usual 39 and omg they're extremely comfortable and so gorgeous! I will order again! I love that the toe box is wide - much wider than my Vivo's and Groundies. Looks and feels premium, too!

Perfect but size up unless very narrow feet

Love these! Super soft and feel like slippers. Very flexible but enough cushion for walking on concrete. I have wide, almost extra wide feet, and I wanted to wear these with socks so I sized up and am glad I did. Length feels a tad long bc I am a true 35 in length (often get 36 since many brands start sizes at 36) but I bought the 37s for width.
