EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS WINDOW
Orders place between November 17 and December 19, 2025 have up to January 9, 2026 to submit their return request and drop off the returning package with a shipping carrier.

A return shipping label will be sent by email following your submission. Please check your spam folder before contacting our customer support.
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
WHAT IS “FREE RETURNS” COVERAGE?
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, you may return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange and have both return shipping on the original item(s) as well as outbound shipping on the new exchange item(s) covered for free. This coverage does not include any applicable outbound shipping on your original order. Outbound shipping charges are not refundable.
If you decide not to buy return coverage, you can still return your items but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
All returns are subject to the eligibility guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
The amount paid for Returns Coverage is not refundable.
This coverage is only available in the U.S.
ORDERS WITHOUT FREE RETURNS COVERAGE
If you did not opt-in for returns coverage when you placed your original order, then you will be responsible for return shipping. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount and shown to you at the time you submit your return/exchange request.
You may still request an exchange. The value from the original order will be applied automatically to the new exchange order, minus the return shipping fee.
"INSTANT EXCHANGE" POLICIES & PROCEDURE

The value of your returning product, minus any applicable return shipping fee, will be applied toward a new order which is placed immediately.*

Exchanges that are tied to an order with Free Returns Coverage will have no additional shipping fees applied. The full value of your original product will be applied to the new exchange order.

You must provide a credit card to secure the exchange. A $1 hold will be placed on the card at the time you submit your exchange order.

The new exchange item goes immediately into our fulfillment queue within our standard processing time - before your returning item has arrived.

Returning item(s) must be in the mail back to us within 7 days of submitting your exchange request, otherwise you will be billed the full cost for the exchange item(s).

If any returning item(s) are returned in poor condition or otherwise violate our return policies, then you will be billed the full cost for the exchange item(s) and your original returning item(s) may be assessed a restocking fee or rejected altogether.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED
Due to new U.S. import de minimis policy, we are no longer able to accept international returns.
REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a full refund/store credit, returning items must be:

In new condition

Free from any dirt, stains, wear & tear, or hair

Packaged with care in original packaging with original tags still attached

Dropped off with the shipping carrier within the return window - either 21 days for a Return for Refund or 7 days for an Instant Exchange. Return windows are calculated from the date of delivery to the customer.

Socks must be unopened. Socks that have been opened are not eligible for return.
Items returned that do not meet the above criteria may be assessed a restocking fee or rejected altogether.
Customers may have items from rejected returns reshipped to them if they provide us with a pre-paid shipping label within 7 days of the return rejection. After 7 days, items from rejected returns will be disposed of.
Original outbound shipping costs are not refunded. Only the product price is refunded minus any applicable return shipping fee.
ACCEPTABLE TRY-ON / USE POLICY
Shoes must be tried on indoors in a clean environment. Some minimal walking around a customer’s home is appropriate and expected. However, to be eligible for a full refund on the purchase, the returning shoes must be free from dirt, smells, and signs of outdoor use or other wear and tear.
We prioritize low waste and we resell returned products. We ask customers to imagine the next person who will be purchasing these products. They would want them to be in mint condition and displayed with care, just as they were when they arrived to you.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
US Orders with Free Returns Coverage:

Return shipping is free and the shipping label will be provided to you.

If you end up wanting to return your exchange item, return shipping is still free.
US Orders without Free Returns Coverage:

A flat rate return shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from the refund amount for each return shipment.

The return shipping label will be provided to you.
International Returns:

We do not accept international returns or exchanges.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and verify that the items are still in new condition. You will then be notified of the status of your refund by email. Please note, this process may take up to several business days after the return shipping tracking shows “delivered.”
When we initiate a refund back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, Shop Pay, or PayPal account), the time it takes to see the refunded amount appear back in your account depends on your payment provider's policies.
SHIPPING POLICIES
US-based Orders:

Orders over $150 are eligible for free standard shipping.
- Orders under $150 will be assessed subsidized flat-rate shipping based on order size, weight, and destination address. Rates are displayed at the checkout page.

Prioritized Shipping/Fulfillment - Available priority shipping options will be displayed at the checkout page. Customers who pay for priority shipping will also have their orders shipped ahead of others in the shipping queue. Note that prioritized fulfillment options may not always be available in every season.
International Orders:

Outbound shipping cost is based on weight and destination and will be displayed after the shipping address is entered.

We do not accept returns on international orders.
*Applicable duties and taxes are collected upfront and tendered to the proper tax authorities for the destination country. Packages are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so there is no secondary bill sent to the customer upon delivery.
SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders arriving over weekend days will begin to be fulfilled starting the following Monday.

Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
- We may close our fulfillment center over certain holidays. In such cases, order fulfillment will resume on the next standard business day.
CHANGES TO THESE POLICIES
We may update these shipping and return policies in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
