Be Lenka Promenade sandals can go casual or dressy depending on how you style them, and they are a great option for nicer occasions or weddings. Handmade from high quality leather and a thin rubber outsole, these stylish barefoot sandals will keep you looking good and feeling comfortable all summer long. In general, this model fits a medium volume foot best. High volume feet will feel snug, and low volume feet may feel loose. 

Size guide for Be Lenka Promenade Barefoot Sandals:

  • Foot Volume: Medium. There is an adjustable back strap and an elastic piece on the sandal upper to fit a variety of different feet, but in general the Promenade sandals fit a medium volume foot best. High volume feet will feel snug, and low volume feet may feel loose.

So disappointed

I am so disappointed. The description states that the insole is leather but there is NO way that it is natural absorbing leather. First of all it fails the scratch test, when scratched with my finger nail it leaves no mark plus when I just press my nail into the insole it does not dent. Also as you can see by my photos there is NO absorption. I placed a drop of water on the insole and it just sat there. In the other photo I spread the drop out and the water again just sat on top of this “leather” material. You can even see, in one of the photos, the insole reflects light. I am very sad this shoe does not have a leather insole. Anya’s gets their info from Be Lenka and their website states the insole is leather. I will be contacting them to ask what it is actually made of. Maybe it is a recent change and the info was not updated.

If you are not particular about the insole like I am these shoes are lovely and well made. The black leather has an attractive matte finish. I have a high volume foot and it was snug but not uncomfortable.

Great Sandal

These are super cute and comfortable. They are a bit tight fitting in between my toes so I wear them casually when I know I won’t be walking too much.

I really like these and the color too. So hard finding a good brown. I was on the cusp of my normal size and they’re were a tad to short for my liking so I sized up and they’re perfect. The strap in between my toe took me a minute to get use to. By the end of the day, they were comfortable and didn’t bother me. These are a staple sandal and I would recommend.

They fit perfectly and are SO comfortable. Wore them all day the first weekend I got them and my feet weren’t sore at all. Very glad I made the investment. Hoping they last!
