They don't look like barefoot shoes.

I accidentally ordered a size smaller than I usually would, but they fit pretty well. I think they are good for a low volume foot. I didn't really expect to like them because most of the time, barefoot shoes seem to be very bulky and funny looking, but these are very cute and stylish.
