Thanks for submitting your feedback. Free Returns Coverage is offered as an optional add-on for those who aren't sure about whether they will keep item(s) from their order and who don't want to worry about paying return shipping. It is not mandatory and there are multiple ways you can enable or disable it. When you add something to a cart, there are 2 links to the checkout page: 1 link goes to checkout with the Returns Coverage already enabled, and the other goes to checkout without the Returns Coverage added. Once on the checkout page, there is also a checkbox right next to the shipping details where you can select or deselect the coverage option without leaving the checkout page. The Returns Coverage offers customers peace of mind that they can return or exchange item(s) from the same order as many times as they need to without having to pay for return shipping. If you don't find the service valuable, you don't have to use it. Hope this helps clarify things!
