Warm materials and a quick lacing system make these ideal for colder weather. Whether you're hiking or wearing them casually, the Be Lenka York has you covered.
Fit Type:
  • Foot Volume: Medium volume, but laces make these work for a wide range.
  • Foot Shape: Square, so should fit most foot shapes.
  • Width: Wide to Extra Wide toe box. Average and narrow width feet may also work but will likely feel roomy.

Be Lenka York Boot Sizing:
  • The wool lining makes these boots run slightly snug. If between sizes, size up.
  • Measurements in the size chart below are the inner length and width of the shoe in centimeters (8,9 = 8.9 cm). Add about 0.5 – 1.2 cm to your measured foot length to get an optimal fit. Feel free to email us with questions about sizing.

  • Shoe: Smooth Nappa Leather
  • Interior Lining: Fleece
  • Sole: Rubber, 4mm thick not counting lugs. Slip resistant.
Barefoot Shoe Qualities:
  • Zero Drop – No heel elevation.
  • Wide Foot-Shaped Toe Box – Your toes will not be squished together to fit inside these boots. Be Lenka toe boxes are wider than most other barefoot shoes.
  • Thin, Flexible Sole – Warm enough for winter but flexible enough to allow for natural foot movement.
Best For: Urban everyday wear. Great for fall/winter cold days. Not waterproofed but you can use a waterproofing spray.

Not worm enough.

Defenately not cold enough. The cold spreads through the sole, it's to thin for a winter shoe.
Black color stains the pants.
Comfortable inner shape, good sewing, good welding between sole and upper.

I love these boots

These boots are extremely cozy and cute. I usually wear a 39 in boots, but I ordered a size 40 and they are a perfect fit. My only qualm is that the hook on the back of the shoe immediately broke. That being said, I liked them so well and didn't want to return another pair of shoes (after trying so many others that didn't work). I'm sure the shop would have exchanged them for me had I wanted to. Their customer service is amazing and I will continue to buy shoes from them.
