  • Low to high foot volume: Laces and a removable insole make these work for many foot volumes.
  • Plateau shape: Works well for most foot types!
  • Wide Width: These tend to fit wide feet well, but do run small so sizing up may be necessary to get the desired width.

very tapered at the toes

These shoes seem nice, and like a great middle ground between Altras and very thin soled hiking shoes, which is exactly what I was looking for. Sadly, the toes are extremely tapered and didn't work for me. (And my toes are pretty sloped, so this is not usually an issue.) I would have had to go up two sizes from my usual in order to get enough width.
