The Zaqq Quintic Velours Waterproof Winter boot is a superbly comfortable boot with a warm wool lining and soft leather upper. They are also waterproof with a slip resistant, flexible outsole. Stylish, practical, and feel like being barefoot, the Zaqq Quintic is your one-and-done barefoot winter boot.
Fit Type:
  • Toe box: Works best for Sloped or Mountain-shaped feet (see Anya's post on foot types).
  • Volume: Medium. These work well for both low and high volume also because of the laces. (see what is foot volume?).
  • Width: Medium-Wide. Good for average and some wide feet.
  • Sizing: True to size.

    Where Did My Last Review Go?

    I purchased these boots from Anya’s shop last year. They are very warm, but as others have mentioned - they have a weird shape. They make my ankles look really big. They seem to be well made, otherwise.

    Good boots!

    These are my first pair of barefoot winter boots, and they have been great. I bought them about a year ago, and they have held up well. They are warm and flexible. I do wish they had a zipper to make it easier to take them on and off, though, and the fur in one of the boots is thinner and wearing down faster than the other. But overall, these are really great boots!

    The wool inside is super nice but the shape of this shoe, especially around the ankle is the weirdest thing ever. The leather wrinkles and it makes the shoe uncomfortable, almost like they have cut the pattern faulty.

    Quintic Velours Brown

    Love the boots! They are quality all around. But I had to exchange for another pair same size etc. because the wool lining in the left boot was very very thin compared to the right boot? I was so excited to get them and start wearing. So I asked for an exchange in hopes that the next pair will be equally correct! I realize that with handmade footwear everything cannot be super perfect, but these boots are almost perfect. The left boots lining would have worn out in one or two wears, and my foot was slipping around in them because the wool was so thin. I went up a size because of them being lined with wool. I will leave a follow up review after I receive the exchange order and hopefully they will be great!!? I would of kept them but I can't have one boot with lining and the other with none!
